Bamboo Garden started as a tiny 8-table restaurant in 2009, the dream of the Liu family, who brought recipes from Guangdong, Chiang Mai, and Tokyo all under one roof. The idea was simple: great food shouldn't require a passport or a reservation six months in advance.
Today we serve over 400 guests daily and ship our sauces regionally, but the kitchen still runs the same way it did on day one, fresh ingredients, high heat, and a whole lot of heart.
